4) Chik'n Tacos - I really don't think a person can go wrong with tacos. These were made with Morningstar Chik'n Strips and veggies..

Very interesting post... enjoyed learning even more about you... glad you're "passing" the Sniff Test! I just made a veggie burrito you'd be proud of: whole wheat tortilla, avacado, vegetarian refried beans, brown rice, salsa and soy mozzarella... yumtastic. Hope all is well your way!
